Nappy Read: The Unhealthy Truth by Robyn O'Brien

I am very excited to start reading this book. Recently, I've bee having problems with a tonsil. I'm on antibiotics right now, but it's still not completely healed. I understand antibiotics take time, but I am very receptive and usually see results quickly. Nevertheless I will continue. I have no other symptoms, save allergies, so I am optimistic that I am just having a hard time because of that. I, however, am a little frightened after reading about Bill Wixey's battle against lymphoma. This is a guy who still runs, who was active and all of that. Healthy, strong, and he found out he had lymphoma.

My lifestyle is pretty healthy, but that doesn't save me. Matter of fact, lymphoma is common in people between 16-34. Now it may not be anything, but I wanted to know more about "first world cancer" that Bill mentioned in one of his blog posts.

So I will be reading this, and hopefully, will be able to share my thoughts.

If you don't feel like waiting, please do check it out. And check out Bill Wixey's blog for a ton of info on his journey. Please pay attention to your body.
