Like everyone else, I was praying and rooting for little Falcon Heene when media reported that he took off in some kind of balloon he and his father worked on.
Like everyone else I jumped for joy when he was found, and like everyone else, I figured that his parents needed to do a better damned job of monitoring their kids.
I tried not to judge the Heene parents, but upon seeing this video below, and the one above, it became astonishingly clear that these people need counseling.
I cannot speak on whether or not this was a hoax or not. I tend to believe that this family likes the camera, so I lean on the side of thinking it was a hoax. With that said, that's not the only reason why I suggest counseling.
This little boy was sick, and it was clear as his clueless ass mother had the little bucket there. The brother to his right was also obviously aware he was sick. That child looked ill from the minute I laid eyes on him, and they had the nerve to bring this child on CAMERA, in front of thousands or millions of people, so he could embarrass himself? I'm not mad at him for that. Hell, at his age I threw up at my Kindergarten graduation, all on myself. It happens, bless his heart.
What I don't understand is why, as concerned parents, would they let Falcon be on t.v. knowing he was sick, and not letting him rest?
Because they are selfish bastards, that's why. I feel terrible for those three kids, and as far as I am concerned, the parents need to be counseled on what parents SHOULD be doing, not what they think would be "cool."
Parenting is not about being "cool." Putting the kids in harm's way, possibly coaxing one of them into a hoax, and subjecting him to the cruel judgment of internet thugs, is low and they need to be held accountable for that.
I don't give a fuck if the President wanted to interview my kid. If he's sick, he's sick and he'll be resting and getting better. Fuck an interview...
Hopefully, this is the last time we see these folks on camera... EVER! Sphere: Related Content
