The situation in Chicago, in my opinion, is akin to the rise of the Taliban/Al Qaeda in Afghanistan. The writing was on the wall with little scenes of fuckery here and there, and because nothing was done, all hell broke loose.
How much more violence is needed for something to happen in Chicago, to change the lives of these kids positively?
