Of Guns and Snowball Fights: Cop Pulls Out Gun at Massive Snowball Fight

You know, we all have bad days. Maybe the officer above (the black gentleman) just found out his wife was screwing the plumber, or worse. However, whatever made him act the damned fool at a good-natured snowball fight in Washington D.C. needs to be figured out before he returns to duty.

I just want to know what would give this officer the idea that pulling a gun on people only armed with snowballs was a good idea...
